Jugal,Kavinder,Sethi visited GMC Jammu,ensuring BJP's full support to Medical System

In view of alarming increase in number of Covid 19 patients and apprehensions in the mind of the public about availability of medical infrastructure in Jammu fueled by Rumours , Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu and Kashmir constituted a high level Committee of Senior Leaders led by Member of Parliament Lok Sabha Jammu Poonch Sh. Jugal Kishore Sharma and consisting of Former Dy. Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta and Chief Spokesperson Sunil Sethi.

The Committee met Principal Medical College and enquired about the position of stock of medicines , oxygen supply , hospital beds , number of medical and Para medical staff etc . They were informed about steps being taken by Medical College to increase the number of beds , infrastructure and supplies . It was informed to them that the hospital has a steady supply line of oxygen and emergency medicines . Though there is deficiency of staff particularly Para medical staff bit steps are being taken to fulfill the same on war footings. Some staff has been given by NHM and some recruitment is also on . Committee also suggested a number of steps to be taken for increasing staff strength and infrastructure.

Committee also met Divisional Commissioner Jammu and discussed with him Covid 19 situation and made a number of suggestions to improve infrastructure for fight against Covid including possibility of opening Emergency Hospitals and improved supply of oxygen . Divisional Commissioner gave patient hearing and noted the points suggested by the Committee.

Committee also had brief interaction with Honble Lieutenant Governor in Govt Medical College and appreciated the steps being taken by Govt in fight against Covid 19 including free vaccination to all and increased infrastructure as per requirement.

Bharatiya Janata Party in true line to its ideology, is standing with the public in this hour of distress and taking all steps to motivate problems of the public and providing helping hands to the suffering humanity . Party has constituted different teams of senior leaders to supervise and help the public and be in touch with Administration.

Narendra Modi Ji is taking all steps to help the public and also appealed to the public to follow Covid 19 norms and protocol as provided by Administration to effectively fight and control Pandemic which is causing havoc throughout the world . It's time to save ourselves and our families by following norms.
